Our school had the opportunity to present at Nebo School Districts board meeting last week. Our student council presented our theme and what it means to Be The One. Our choir also performed and did a great job!!! All their hard work paid off and everyone did a great job!
We love celebrating our students each month! This month our teacher of the month was our amazing counselor Mrs J.! We are so lucky to have her at Salem this year! Thank you Salem City for celebrating our Kindness Kids for the month with us also!

Our book fair is next week Monday Dec. 9th- Friday Dec. 13th. Come support our school by purchasing books for the Holidays.
Our turkey gobble contest was a success! Thank you to our amazing PTO for the turkey hats, Karen Weight for donating a turkey for a grand prize and for our awesome judges for helping out with the contest!
Thanksgiving break is next week! We are so grateful for all of our students, faculty and families at Salem Elementary!
We are so grateful to all who have served and who are currently serving our country. The Veterans Day assembly is one of our favorite assemblies each year! Our school choir performed and did an amazing job singing our National Anthem! They have been working hard and it was a great addition to our assembly!
BE THE ONE Week starts Monday! Wear your pajamas Monday as we learn about making healthy choices!!
Picture Retake Day is coming up Oct. 24th. You can order online at mylifetouch.com using the Picture Day ID:EVTSBPB32 or come into the office to get a packet! If your student is getting their picture retaken please send the original packet they received with them that day.
