Meet Mrs. Nicholls our new 4th Grade Teacher. Hi there! I am Shannon Nicholls, I am the proud mom of five- two boys and three girls- but my favorite title is Nana to my two amazing grandkids! Our family also includes a playful Labradoodle named Milo. I love to travel and explore new places with my family! For the past eight years, I’ve had the privilege of working in the Salem School community in various roles. I’m passionate about teaching and dedicated to creating a supportive classroom where every student feels valued, encouraged, and inspired to succeed. Meet Mrs. Hoffman a new BSC Technician at Salem Elementary. Hi! My name is Wendy Hoffman and I am so thrilled to be joining the wonderful community of Salem. I’ve worked within Nebo School District for 12 years now and have loved every minute! I’m a mother of six and grandmother to eight and enjoy spending my free time with family; swimming, hiking, running the trails and looking for our next big adventure. Meet Mrs. Staheli a new BSC Technician at Salem Elementary. I’m Skyler Staheli, proud momma and wife. I have 3 girls 10, 5, 2 and an 11 year old husky. My husband has taught in Salem for 8 years, Mt. Loafer and then Valley View Middle since it’s opening. I love spending time with family and friends, playing games, camping, and traveling. I love to read, paint nails, cook, and craft. Meet Mrs. Larsen a new BSC Technician at Salem Elementary. Hi! my name is Lorissa Larsen, and I’m so excited to be joining Salem Elementary this year.
I’m a proud mom of four amazing kids and a cute little Frenchie who keeps us all on our toes. Outside of school, I love spending time with my family—especially camping, listening to music, and going hunting with my boyfriend and kiddos.

Meet Mrs. Shapiro our new BSC Teacher. Ashley. grew up in Springville Utah. She graduated from Springville high school and then went on to play softball on a collegiate scholarship to UVU . She graduated from UVU with a bachelor degree in behavioral science with an emphasis in psychology. She has been married for 16 years and has three kids. A daughter Kate who is 14, a son Ty who is 13, and another son Max who is nine. They love sports. Her boys play baseball and her daughter plays softball. She loves to do anything outside, they love to play a lot of wiffle ball, games, go swimming, fishing and anything they can do together. Welcome to Salem Elementary Mrs. Shapiro!

Kids Cause is excited to invite you to our Charity Golf Tournament on Monday, June 2! This event will support students in Nebo School District by helping provide glasses, dental work, clothing, and other essentials. Kids Cause works closely with school social workers and administrators to identify students who need extra help, making a real difference in our community. The tournament promises a fun day for a great cause — just $60 per person! Bring your own foursome if possible! Lunch will be provided, and there will be lots of prizes to win throughout the day. Come enjoy a round of golf and help us continue supporting kids in need! We hope to see you there!
