A big crowd gathered at the Salem Hills football game on Thursday, September 3, 2026, for the 13th annual Veterans Appreciation Night. Special guest Senator John Curtis spoke to the veterans before the football teams led them across the field.

Students in Mrs. Edman's Spanish class are having fun while learning new vocabulary words. They played a rousing game of Go Fish! matching up Spanish greetings, farewells, and curtesy phrases with their English translations.
