Mrs. Crouch’s class loved learning about our amazing skeletal system with some help from “Skelly the Skeleton”.

Thursday, September 25, we’ll be serving fresh Harward Farms corn on the cob in our school lunches!

1st grade had Red Butte Gardens came and taught a science lesson on the Desert habitat and the plants found in it. They got to be scientists. They made some predictions about which plants would be able to survive in the desert landscape, used a magnifying glass to take a closer look and make observations, and used a tool to measure the thickness of the leaves. It was a fun hands-on experience that students won't soon forget.

Today first grade had RedButte Gardens come and talk to us about predictions, plants and the desert.

Our second graders had so much fun yesterday with our visitors from Hogle Zoo! Our students got to explore and learn so many new things!

We love celebrating our students each month! Our first victory lap was a success! Thank you to Salem City for coming and recognizing our Kindness Kids each month again! Our new Student council ran our victory lap and did amazing!! It's going to be a great year! Our students are the best!!
